Description
 

* Communicates over the telephone with Home Patient and Clinic customers to schedule delivery appointments. Verifies details regarding the customer address and orders.
* Operates a personal computer utilizing the appropriate software to perform a variety of administrative duties which may include but are not limited to:
* Data entry,
* Word processing and basic correspondence,
* Creating and preparing required operational reports on a weekly and monthly basis,
* Performing queries and report requests as necessary,
* Printing, sorting, and collating operational and transportation documents.
* Answers and screens telephone calls, responds to inquiries, and re-routes inquiries to appropriate staff. Opens and sorts mail, greets visitors, and schedules appointments.
* Sets up and maintains filing system for confidential records, correspondence files, and reports.
* Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
 

High School Graduate or Equivalent. Six months to one year of secretarial/administrative office experience.
Organizational skills are essential.
Good communication skills and ability to work under minimal amount of supervision.
Experience and skill with PC-based word processing systems.
