SUMMARY: Responsible for assisting patients with questions concerning their account and reviewing past due accounts with patients. Also performs patient registration, including collecting co-pays, coding encounter forms, posting charges and reconciliation of daily work. Responsible for filing, answering phones and taking messages.

Minimum Licensure and Certification: High School Diploma or equivalent required, MOA Certification helpful, Will maintain current CPR certification
Minimum Experience/Additional Certification: One year work experience in medical office setting and training in basic billing and coding preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology and computer experience desired.
