Job Qualifications / Requirements: Minimum 4 years experience in managerial role in a customer environment; HS Diploma or GED / Prefer Bachelors degree in applicable business field; Intermediate computer skills with experience using hospital admissions software; Strong in customer service skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Proven leadership abilities; Typing 45 wpm/10 key by touch
