Audiologist

Provides consultation and technical assistance to ensure quality of services in the Southern California Hearing Coordination Center located at Miller Children’s Hospital.  Provides technical assistance and consultation in the development and monitoring of hearing screening programs.  Participates in certification of birthing hospitals and CCS-Approved NICU's.  Assures infants are accessing needed and appropriate screening, diagnostic, and early intervention services.  3 years of clinical experience working with hospital and community service agencies is required.  2 years of experience in services to children 3 years of age and younger is also required.  A Master's Degree in Audiology is required.  A license to practice Audiology in the State of California is required.  Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
