The Director, Outpatient Imaging will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple outpatient diagnostic imaging centers in the El Paso and surrounding areas (Sierra Providence Health Network), as well as facilitating the operational transition of new centers or acquisitions. The Director will work with his/her center managers to improve operational performance, implement best practices, and increase volume via changes in scheduling, registration, thru-put/patient flow, customer services, physician and referral office relations, and marketing.
Qualified candidates are required to have an undergraduate degree with a Master's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration considered a definite plus. Minimum of 5 years of progressive DIC management experience is required with proven experience successfully managing multiple freestanding facilities. Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare organizations, as well as standards and laws applicable to managing business development and planning issues. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with the various corporate support departments. Proven financial management skills, including new center experience, pro forma modeling and ongoing P&L accountability.
