Job Description:
 

Assistant Director manages day to day operations in Patient Access Services which consist of 3 divisions: Interhospital Transfer Svc, Adult Bed Management, and Adult Admitting. Primary responsibility will be oversight of Transfer Svc Dept with the ability to cross cover the other 2 depts at any given point in time. Directly reports to Director PAS and VP of Hospital Operations.

Job Qualifications:
 

Bachelor's Degree Required.
At least five years of hospital experience as a clinician in the acute field.
At least two years of strong leadership and management experience in hospital or related setting.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
