A Hospital in the Los Angeles, CA area is seeking an Ortho Nurse Manager. This hospital is also on its magnet status journey.

The Nurse Manager's emphasis at this level is placed on the assessment of patient needs, coordination of appropriate priority setting, and effective utilization of available resources, including nursing staff and other team members, and evaluation of effectiveness of patient care delivery on a 24-hour basis.

Reports to department Director.

Qualifications:
BSN required.
Must be currently pursuing or willing to pursue MSN.
Nurse Management experience required.

Location:
Due to the moderating effect of the ocean, temperatures in this area average from 46-78 °F year round.
