Manages and coordinates the resource needs and clinical activities on a patient unit, in order to provide quality patient care and promote positive customer service.

Requirements for this job:


Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred


Current license in practicing state


Knowledge of JCAHO standards and other external organizations related to Healthcare evaluation and accreditation


Demonstrate knowledge and experience in performance improvement theory and application


Certification in area of specialty is desirable


BLS Certification
