Responsibilities:


Manages and coordinates the clinical and other unit activities on the residents' unit in order to provide quality care and psychosocial well being.


Manages and coordinates adequate staffing for each unit.


Disciplines and/or teaches staff policy and procedures and ensures compliance of policy and procedures.


Will care for patients in the adult and geriatric age groups.

Requirements for this job:


Current license in practicing state.


Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; ASN required; BSN/MSN preferred.


Prior experience in long term care preferred.


Minimum of two years experience in nursing required and prior experience as a Charge RN is strongly preferred.


Past management experience helpful.
