Responsibilities:
Oversees and manages all aspects of the Quality Services Department in support of the Performance Improvement Program,
Quality Assurance and other related duties as assigned.

Requirements for this job:
Experience as a Supervisor of RN in an acute care facility for medical/surgical patients for a minimum of five years
Experience in Quality Management within the last 3-5 years
Experience with regulatory agencies such as JCAHO, CMS, DHS and other as necessary
Knowledge of Performance Improvement processes
Valid Driver's license in practicing state
BLS Certification
